• Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service team immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage before opening or using the product.

• Exchange Process: If the damage is verified, we will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement item.
